Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates:

• We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders. The rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• International shipping is available. International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Domestic).

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Domestic).

• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on location).

Order Tracking:

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Note:

• We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier once the shipment is in transit.

• If you experience any problems with your shipment, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

• We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

• Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized items, underwear, or intimate apparel.

How to Return an Item:

1. Please contact us at Official_abm@megamart313.com or through our Contact Page to initiate the return.

2. Provide your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.

3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
